Defective or Incorrect Items:

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns, including defective or incorrect items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom Orders:

All sales on custom-made or personalized items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued if the item is determined to be defective or incorrect and cannot be replaced. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders for made-to-order or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
