To place an order, select your preferred design on our website, choose your shoe color and size, and add any special custom requests in the provided note section. Then proceed to checkout.
I accept custom orders! If you don’t see the design you want on my website, contact me through Instagram or email with your custom request (Instagram is preferred for better communication).
All items are made-to-order to ensure the best quality. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Production time: Usually takes 15-20 business days.
Shipping time: Once your order is ready, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home. It generally takes from 10 to 15 business days, depending on location of delivery.
The tracking number will be activated 3-5 days after the product is sent out. If it hasn’t been activated after 10-15 days, please contact us to track your order status.
1. Remove excess dirt from the outsole.
2. Mix warm water with a small amount of mild soap.
3. Use a damp cloth/ soft brush to gently rub the affected areas with the soapy water. Avoid rubbing the embroidered or painted areas to prevent damage.
4. Air dry the shoes at room temperature.
